I found this course to be a nice, simple overview for those with Social Anxiety (SA). For individuals with intense SA who have likely done their research, this course compiles information in an easy-to-read manner and highlights the importance of seeking proper treatment. The section on mindfulness is particularly cool. It includes actionable steps that serve as a springboard for what to do next. While it’s not therapy, it’s a useful guide pointing in the direction you feel you need to take.
